You can upload whatever you want. Just make sure the pics are too cringe. Ive seen a dude post pics of himself naked with a chick but the chick was ugly as hell. Or him pretending to bite some chick's ass.

If u post pics with you and a whole bunch of girls, that will just show you're trying too hard. Whatever it is you post make sure it is somewhat classy and leaves mystery of who that girl could be and authentic. So many guys cannot pull this off and come off like a poser. Granted the better looking u are, the more convincing the pic.

I used to see some fat ugly short dude post pics with him and some good looking girls that clearly friendzoned his ass. My buddy knew him and told me he would ask girls he knows to randomly take pics with him.
