Evening. Ive been doing this routine for some time, and i certainly feel as if im getting stronger. However, im not an expert. Id like some feedback, and possible adjustments/tweeks.
Workout A: Leg Press 3x8 Bench Press 3x5 DB Rows 3x8 Facepull 3x10 Bicep Curl 2x10 Tricep Kickback 2x10
Workout B: DB Overhead Press 3x8 Straight legged dead lift (with db) 3x8 Lat pulldown 3x8 Leg Curl 3x8 Bicep Curl 2x10 Tricep Curl 2x10
One week i do A - B - A, and the other week I do B - A - B. Reason for me not using a barbell for overhead and DL, is because the gym I go to, has some members which are semi-pro strongmen/powerlifters, so the racks are almost always taken. So I just make the best of what ive got.
