I plan to get her on a workout program. She's hot but I need more ass. I would send her my full body program but A. I don't want her slowing down my workouts and B. I'm not sure that I'll be into the whole hard-body chick thing.

I'm thinking of just making her do a 5x5 of heavy squats 3x a week which should do the trick. Maybe throw in some machine leg work so she can stay busy while I finish up my long workout.

How would you program a girl's workout for an ideal body (for me that means fat ass everything else small).
