I followed the general advice and started lifting(a year and half in), and I am studying hard to get into a good college. But in the last months, the grind is starting to get the best of me. I'm always sore and tired, and because of how few time I have (exams are close) my mind is pretty foggy and filled. I'd kill for some more time in which I can simply think. I'm more depressed and generally tired of life than ever before. I'm even losing the weight that I gained through lifting because for some reason food makes me want to puke lately.(lost 5 kg or 11 pounds)
Any advice on how to get over this bad phase? I really need to take those exams seriously and not screw up, because unless I'll have a big fat wallet I'll only be seeing pussy in pictures, being below average looks.
