Great places to meet women coffee shops, book stores. Or get involved political campaigns note you might have to go to a political party that you might not like to bang hot chicks if that happen just nod your head and pretend you like there crap meanwhile your only purpose is to get laid. Note while you are doing this make no claims on social media about poltics at all be political neutral. That means no photos with signs that state the political party. Another place to meet women is the pet shop they love dogs and cats. Go volunteer at the pet shelter. Find charity that you can volunteer for raising money. I always see these high class socialites going to auctions and charities to make themselves look better and the women always look great there.

Most women will have used dating apps at some point, so meeting offline will not necessarily land you better women. I tend to meet women online and offline. Good offline places to meet at just doing your everyday activities, grocery shopping, doing whatever hobby you have, the park, etc.

I like the Meetup app also for meeting women. With the right groups you can meet several women at the same time and not have to spend a penny on any of them.

Lived here for 4 years now, I think NYC has some of the most exceptionally friendly, approachable women of any Western city. The way I describe NYC to my friends back home (Vancouver, Canada) is it's like a college dorm for young professionals, that is, most people are from somewhere else and open to meeting new people, having cool experiences and making friends etc. I've had a ton of success meeting women on the subway, in bars, on the street, at the gym, literally anywhere. That being said apps here are the most effective by far, if you have any kind of decent profile it's basically a revolving door. Hinge I found had the highest quality women.
