If you're asking if becoming high SMV will make you forget about oneitis, yes it usually will.

There is a lot of truth to GFTOW (Go Fuck Ten Other Women). Oftentimes after spinning 2-3 more plates of equal attractiveness your oneitis will no longer even cross your mind.

Yes it CAN happen but it’s kinda of a mixed experience. It’s not about your SMV rather the power dynamic, however increasing your SMV can improve the power dynamic in your favour.

Rejection breeds obsession so if the balance of power remains with her then you’ll always feel off-centre, slightly insecure and on the back-foot. This means its hard to maintain frame and you get your a bad feedback loop which doesn’t allow for your oneitis to go away.

A few years back I had oneitis for a girl. Love at first sight feeling etc. She had a boyfriend at the time and eventually I fucked her/LTR’d her after the broke up. At the peak of our relationship my oneitis disappeared completely and I starting thinking about previous exes or girls I’d banged.

This girl was insanely hot (physically perfect in my eyes) and I still remember thinking our my prior slutty ex (HB8) mid-fucking. The relationship eventually died as my lifestyle was out of balance with work etc and the Oneitis came roaring back near the end as she was losing interest.

So yes it can go away if you eventually win her over and she’s really into you, but if this wasn’t the dynamic from the start then it’s going to be extremely difficult.

I’d recommend not putting all your eggs in her basket and try find girls who are legitimately interested in you from the get go.

This was me in high school, crazy about the girl two doors down but had absolutely no chance because I was shy, chubby, and uncool in high school. She did me a huge solid and took my virginity after we graduated. I actually credit her, and that night, to turning things around for me. After that, I knew I was the fucking man. I became cool, got in shape, and have done very well with females ever since. The oneitis went away. The tables completely turned. I ended up moving across the country and she came to visit a couple times. It was very obvious to both of us that she was chasing me then, but I was uninterested and didnt do anything with it.

Sorta. You get to a state of abundance where you can objectively know that you can, have and will do better. You don't put her on a pedestal and see her as another person, but you'll have lapses when you miss X or want Y. It happens when you're distracted or not self aware. Then it goes away.
