Has anyone here seen a good report on antidepressants from a TRP perspective?

Hit the gym is about it which is effective for pretty much everyone.

Outside of that you probably need a therapist (which can be hit or miss) and get prescribed an SSRI (super hit or miss even in the medical community).

Exercise, lift weights. Cut down on booze and crappy food. The benifits from hard work aren't going to be replaced by a pill. Some people need it, yes. Most people just need to get off their asses.
