Asked by a friend who literally is coming off from a 2-year degree. He's introverted and studied all year long, though his financial success is high, he literally just said that he doesn't know himself.

Makes it a bit more complicating, I felt like this before and I just started going out but then it hit me. Am I just talking to be a sponge? Who do we confide to when it comes to planning, real education and the like without the network of schooling and expensive therapy?

How can he talk to people when he doesn't know himself, he doesn't have anything to talk about, where does he start?

His only value is his education, his family hates him, he's got student loans. How does he bring value or set frame when he's got nothing? He can work on himself, but he's tired of being all monk, he's done that in school with his brain. Start slow I guess?
