I always send a text the morning after for proof if she tries to call rape.

I just had sex a few days ago and immediately after I didn't know what to say.

If you have nothing to say then don't force anything (This works for all aspects of life). Just lay there with her and enjoy the moment. Maybe caress her hair or run your hand lightly across her back (to build comfort and/or to build up for round 2).
