I already use my anger to work out. It helps.

I began taking boxing lessons. I leave them exhausted. But I must control the anger not to hurt other people.

At no point can I express the underlying anger. It drives me but I need to let it out to stay sane or I'm going to explode.

I looked online for anger management methods but it's always the same BS : talk it out. Write it down. Breath. Explain how you feel

I feel like yelling out loud and smashing things, punching stuff and letting it all out, that's how I feel.

I meditate everyday. I run 2 times a week. It helps. But none of this is enough.
