Sample weekly timeline:

Work 5days a week.

Gym 5-6x nights a week, after work.

Home, shower, eat, maybe less than 1hr to do anything, unwind etc.

 

Friday Night usually with a few friends, sometimes nothing but home time (again, gym, shower eat sleep).

Saturday day time is meal prep, maybe gym, all jobs, anything/jobs/tasks outstanding, cleaning, washing, usually finished around 4-5pm.

Saturday night? seems contrary to give my "best" night away for this. Or Is Sunday night better?

Sunday afternoon seems meh, leaving only Sunday night, and again, that is with some other group of friends? (or is this where i should add them in?)

How does anyone fit in time for plates, how long do you spend with them? is it just game on, no mucking around, then you leave?
