When I did my first cut 2 years ago I went from 20% bodyfat down to about 13%. The way my body craved and responded to food in general, not just sugar changed significantly. At 20% I would feel very very hungry every 3 hours and start falling asleep if I didn't eat. When I was down to 13% I could go about 8 hours with almost no problems.
Excellent stuff man. Same here. I don't sleep until it's the end of the day and sometimes I can't sleep because I have so much energy left. I still snack but only on low calorie snacks like peanut butter and cellery stix.

Sugar withdrawals shouldn't happen if you continue to take in carbs. Complex carbs are broken into glucose, and run through the same metabolic processes as simple sugars. If anything, you should experience a lack of sugar-related swings as complex carbs avoid the sudden surge, and crash, simple sugars can create and give a steady supply of energy.
If you get your total daily carb intake under ~50g/day, your body will transition into ketosis in a few days (2-5, depending on variables), during which you get a hell of a sugar withdrawal.
I've been through a few dozen keto cycles over the years, the sugar withdrawal only lasted 2-3 days for most of it, 5 tops when I was first starting. About the time it takes to fully transition.
Never experienced withdrawal when I cut out sugars and left the carbs.

HIIT using your legs instead maybe?

Doc says I can't do HIIT. I have been walking 2 hours a day and built up a sweat. It might not be enough. I may have to just wait this out until I can do any heavier exercises.

That sucks, man.
It has definitely made my trp journey a tough one but it's not over

Head on over to /r/keto. There you'll find that carbohydrates are the true cause of your symptoms. Simply put, carbs convert to glucose in your blood which your body then becomes dependent on for energy. Going low carb-high fat will switch your body to relying on your fat stores for energy.

Lol 150g of carbs ... It's me on a hardcore cut. Floating around 250-300g of carbs/day
Carbs is energy
Bad carbs = insuline sabotage
not carbs

I've phased out sugars in a week multiple times from 150g+ sugar and felt no change. I don't get the whole sugar is bad ... Kill your insulin sensitivity ... Get fat utter nonsense going around but I know I'm in the minority. I'll just keep eating my fuckloads of sugar and die at 40 or whatever they say.
