How to manage time between plates and new girls ?

I'm at a point where I have a 3-4 plates spinning more or less steadily, and am also collecting numbers from girls I cold approach or meet on Tinder.

When you have potential options like this, and obviously limited days in the week, do you focus on keeping your spinning plates in motion or do you prioritize meeting new girls to add to your rotation ?

For abundance mentality enhancement, is it better to start spinning a new plate or to keep it on the shelf in case another one drops ?

This is a bit new to me, I've only really started gaming since January.
