other than that. You've identified the issue. That's 90% of solving the problem. The traditional advice here is "bone 10 other women to get over someone".

However, what actually worked for me is understanding why you have caught the feels>

is it: "the realization you probably can't do better"? Are you putting her on a pedestal because she's the pretties, loveliest girl you ever met? if so, you simply need to realise you're limiting yourself. Do you go to the gym and say, I'm going to work to bench X. And when you get there, you're resolved to never lift more? No. of course not. You need to put more plates on.
