17 yo from India here. My parents have decided to buy me some books, I have already decided to buy The Rational Male, The Manipulated Man and No More Mr. Nice Guy.

Now, in the budget, money for only 1 book remains. I want to make some money while side by side trying to get selected in the Armed Forces and then training there for 4 years(age would be around 21/22).

Which is that one book? I have heard people say that "If you don't find a way to make money while sleeping, then you will keep on working till you die", which book teaches this skill?

I have 0 knowledge about finances, stocks, investments, market etc. Heck, I don't even know the meaning of these terms. But I too want to get rich af, let's say before I turn 20. And assume 2 situations:

  1. I would be getting $300 PER MONTH that I can use for myself, if I get selected in the training academy.(Note: they give this salary to students who are STUDING in the academy for 4 years i.e. age 18-22 and after graduating, the salary of an officer is about 4x than this.)

  2. If I don't get selected, then I have a pocket money of $6 PER MONTH that my dad gives me anyway.

I really don't have anywhere to spend money as I am and will be living with my parents or either in the academy, with no need to spend money anywhere from living, clothing, grooming to food and my parents recently got my credit card/bank account made and put about $150 in it because that was the minimum balance required to open an account. But it's also a joint account between my mom and me and she controls it due to bank policy as I am under 18.

Which is that 1 book?

Maybe if the book is very cheap then I will be able to fit in a 2nd book or do you want me to change 1 of the 3 books that I already decided to buy?

Thanks if you read this long post. Was seeing so many posts about finance being made, so I thought yeah why not do that alongside joining gym after the lockdown!
