I am currently on work holidays and spend my days training - I run 30-40 miles a week, weight lift 3 x and box 3 x. Also do a lot of home improvement and tinkering with my hands.

I literally can’t sit down and read a book properly. I sit down, open it, begin reading it but my mind is elsewhere. I read the words but I absorb nothing. I’m thinking about sparring or some ass I have lined up later in the week while my eyes go over the words. I will go by 3-4 pages before I realise I don’t actually recall anything I’ve read.

Did anyone else have this issue and how did you overcome it?
