Stop being so caught up in the fact that you are a virgin.
Work on yourself, to build some self-confidence. Very important.
Start a new hobby to make friends.
Hang out with said friends.

What u/Xombie0991 do you like to do Recreationally? What are your interests? You can build networks and friendships easily through things you’re already good at/have an interest in. Even things you’re looking to get into. It seems though your issues are internal.

Going out and gaming girls is fine; if you’ve got the confidence to back it up. If you need social proof; then working on yourself first is the key. First thing I’d suggest if you can’t make the easy lay up is to get a hooker. Shit get 10 and a bag of coke and see how quick a month flies by. Just kidding. If being a virgin is an issue then definitely knock one out of the park. Then you can focus on yourself.
