When I first found TRP the gym became my church. For about 8 months now I go to the gym 6 days a week, anywhere from 1-2 hours following a PPL split.

I fucking love it. It’s the best part of my day and body and lifts are improving. Rain, sleet or snow im there and even am considered a regular and am cool with the owner. But people started pointing out that I’m going a lot, suggesting it’s too much. They make it seem like I’m coping or using it as some sort of vice, which I guess I am.

Is this even a concern? Is this crabs in a bucket shit or am I legitimately using the gym as some sort of coping mechanism?
