I know a lot of people here advocating doing 5x5, some even recommend starting with it even if you have no weightlifting experience.
I'm a 6"4 guy weighing in at 78kg, age 19.
Last year I joined a gym and started going once a week doing 10x3, I never really pushed myself and was barely trying.
For the last four months I've been doing 12x3, actually trying really hard going to the gym three times a week, and actually caring about my diet. For the first time in my life I can actually see my abs.
Now I've got a lot more time to bulk up and dedicate my life to the gym. I'm going 5 days a week (considering 6), and one day a week is dedicated to abs at home. Am I experienced enough to start working on a 5x5 program?
