Is nervousness an emotion that creates attraction?

I think that at the core, one of the emotions that creates attraction is nervousness. It seems to be present in a lot of situations that generally tend to create attraction.

To be straightforward, this is not the "does he have a knife" nervousness. This is simple nervousness from a person you are interacting with who is doing nothing wrong or bad.
