Is Red Pill Traditional or adapdation of the nowadays?

Is red pill wants to back traditional days like woman stays in house, wash dishes, cook etc.

Or just supports to male's leadership model and adapt modern days terms?

Too many guys who are in red pill say "red pill supports traditional gender roles" but in other and too many guys say "red pill is just defends evolutionary method which is male's leadership way not the traditional" too.
