Is there a Red Pill for work? E.g. look good, keep frame at work to make people have high opinions of you? I learned so much from the Red Pill to be successful with women. Women are so easily manipulated in thinking you are a great alpha man. I'd like to apply the same practices in my career.

As a man, behaving in a feminine way can result in penalties at work

People who add to the core value of an organization can get away with murder; i.e., some people get preferential treatment at work, particularly anyone that's directly involved with bringing in money (e.g., sales staff)
Working hard is as important as schmoozing, and making a point of showing that you're working hard; image, and reputation is key
Anger, and grumpiness can earn you more money
Connecting with decision makers (C-level) is important
Being likable by most is imperative for survival
Every workplace will have 1 or more assholes; learn the methods to deal
Use tit-for-tat to punish people, otherwise you get taken advantage of

In interviews, confidence, is more important than your appearance, or education, though you shouldn't be arrogant

Unfortunately the corporate world is incredibly blue pill as fuck. If you try to pull any alpha manipulation traits on females in the workplace you are fucked.

You could try to out-alpha men, but 99% are blue pilled and will act feminine and fuck you over in the work place.

Best bet is to work with all men, or start your own business.
