I live alone in my own apartment (thankfully) which pretty much gives me unlimited time and potential to actually accomplish things, except I don't. I usually just sit around and watch porn or netflix or take naps. I feel lazy as hell and kind of depressed and dejected lately for no particular reason.

How can I take a week to kind of reset everything (as much as possible within a week) so I can feel fresh and motivated going forward?

So far I've got:

  • Yoga/Meditation at least 30 minutes per day

  • Stay off computer unless it's for yoga/meditation videos or recipes or something productive

  • Read more

  • Drink a lot of water

  • Eat clean

  • Gym at least 3 times in this week

  • Fix sleep schedule and get 8+ hours of sleep per night

  • Not a single page of porn/anything even mildly arousing (I have not accomplished this since the day I discovered what porn was)

Any other ideas?
