How do I maintain drive while on an extended calorie deficit? I've lost a desire for both sex and development in general, with the only exception being the gym. It's all I've been focusing on lately.
I get .5g/lb of fat daily, but my sex drive has gone from once a day to once a week. It's been this way all summer, and I'm not losing any more weight, even though I'm probably 12-14% bf.
Stats: 25yo, 6'2 185 lbs, 2500 cal/day, approx. 190g carbs, 220g protein, 95g fat
