I'm looking to pick up a new hobby besides weightlifting and I'm stuck between MT & BJJ. I tried boxing last summer (loved it), but I want to see what else is out there.

For those who participate in either sport (or both), why did you choose it? Also, can you dive into how the sport helped you not only physically, but mentally and emotionally as well?

For reference: I'm 23, 6'4", ~240lbs (yes, I'm aware I'm thicc, working on it), and my body type is endomorph.
