I was doing close grip pull down, and I realized my dominant arm (right) was doing most of the work. This was about a month ago, and it is still tired/sore. I did not do any biceps exercises for the past month. I was still feeling soreness, so I decided to take a week off and do nothing. It is still sore. Idk what to do speed up recovery. I know I am not injured because it’s not pain, and I only feel soreness when I curl.

Any advice?
