Hi all. I recently decided to give up on women for a while since I don't have the mentality for it and have no clue what I am doing in that realm. I don't even want to think about them for a long time really. However I want to focus on building a life that I will be passionate about.

I want to start with getting in shape since it's something I've always wanted and strived for and something I can change now. I have been lifting for roughly 5 or 6 years off an on and have been really consistent about it for the past 4 months. I am not seeing much progress but I like the little progress I have made so far. Currently I workout at least 3 days per week. My workout is in this album: https://imgur.com/a/H8tI1ar I am still adjusting it as I learn more.

As for diet, I use MyFitnessPal to track almost everything I eat. It calculated that I should eat 2,300 calories per day and I stay 500 sometimes 800 under. I mostly eat meat and vegetables and I do IF for 12 hours skipping breakfast.

I tried Keto last year and lost 40lbs but it was a bit hard to maintain. Now I am trying to get rid of the rest. Three weeks ago I weighed 224 and now I weight 216 and have stayed there a week and am worried that I might be stalling.

Any ideas or am I doing something wrong?

Edit: I also do MMA Three - five times a week for an average of 3 hours per day.
