Not aware and conscious about what is happening with my life, please help!

I'll explain it:

• I do understand what is happening(failing in university again in same grade, having no friends, girls, usuall stuff people in my age have(20), don't know what i want in life, etc.)

• Problem is, i don't feel those stuff, i can acknowledge it but nothing hits me, like numb person, flatline emotions, like not giving a fuck about my life but conscious going deeper and deeper in shit.

I know that i'm ranting a lot here, but still having no clue what to do with this kind of problem. I'm not even mad or having urge to cry, i'm just numb, and that is killing me inside
