Here, you seem to associate stoicism with being emotionless. That is not what stoicism advocates. Tranquility of mind comes from understanding that everything is temporary and the only thing you can control is your reaction to what happens to you.

So how do you reconcile being stoic (frame) with seducing a woman (use different tools)? Mental point of origin, abundance mindset, outcome independence are all TRP concepts derived from stoicism as well. Look at them as the groundwork and overall structure of your building, whereas playing the coquette, being a rake or a lover are the rooms with different interiors.

TRP is made up of a bunch of guys that spend a considerable amount of their time debating how to seduce women. Does that sound like something coming from guys that know it all about the game and have all the answers? If i was that guy, i would certainly not be here. I would be too busy for that. So take everything you read here with a grain of salt. Most is theory and anecdotal evidence. It's not science.

As far as your question goes, the reality is that it dependes. There is really no way to tell unless you try it out. Some girls won't give you the time of the day if you compliment them too much. Some girls will absolutely hate you if you act like you are god's gift to mankind. Certain girls do despise that sort of guy. Do what works for you. There is a middle ground too, and it's ok to explore it. You don't have to either drool over her or act like you are the shit. Just be an interesting person. Don't look too needy, don't look too arrogant.
