As in realize my posture isn't the best it could be?
Check.
I've been working on it. If I ever catch myself slumping I'll put my shoulders back and lift my chin up.
My question is more how to make this a natural feeling over a forced one?

Constant habits. I used to have a really annoying habit of rubbing my hands on my mouth. I had to be constantly aware to get rid of it and I'm already doing a good job. Of course dealing with the posture? That' different.
I managed to change my posture due to bodybuilding. Do you have a hunchback or something?

I know they make posture braces, but you'd probably get better results toning up your core.

I would think that just feeling idiotic by doing this twice a day would make you more cognizant of your posture.

I wouldn't recommend it if it didn't work for me. Take it or leave it.
Stand with your back to the wall with the backs of your palms touching the wall. Ensure the following points are touching the wall:
Stare directly forward and hold for a minute then let your arms go slack and let the backs of your elbow and hands come away from the door WITHOUT letting the back of your shoulders come away from the wall, if they do reset and try again. You want your shoulder to be touching the wall and your hands and elbows to drop naturally.
Once you've got that, imagine your balancing something on your head and step forward 1 cm and hold there untill you get tired/bored.
Now shuffle back against the wall and all 6 points of contact should touch the wall at the same time.
Repeat untill your happy.
