Been taking lifting serious for the past 2 weeks almost. Lifting properly everyday and going hard and not fucking around in the gym. My goal is to lose weight and while I’ve noticed some amazing gains I have still been eating crappy.

What’s the best way to meal prep for the week for weight loss? I’m not some amazing chef but I truly want to lose a good 30 lbs

I’m 6’2 243 lbs right now so I’m assuming around 1700 calories a day for good weight loss and good lifting routine is what I need.
