Hey guys I just recently started taking boxing classes at a local gym near me and I slowly see my stamina improving but for a long time I have dealt with pain from having bad knees and also having long been obese .

At the moment I take glucosamine supplements daily under a friends recommendation with the occasional pain killers ( Ibuprofen , Acetaminophen) and usually by the next class I'm ready to go . I'd love to know if anyone else has had bad knees and found ways to reduce the stress or knee pain that sometime lingers after exerting yourself? thank you
