Join an mma gym and lift weights. It’s also not so bad to get punched in the face or taken down when you know what to do.

Plus doing mma increases smv. Walking in and signing up is the hardest part. Remember 99% of all mma gyms people are relatively nice and friendly.

You could learn self defense. That's one thing.

The second thing is don't carry yourself like a whiny weasely little bitch. People, especially other men, will want to kick you ass for being such a pussy.

And third is don't be a dumbass and put yourself in situations where there will be fights or that kind of dramatic trouble.

You really need to lift. Being afraid is a huge detriment. People will see you as weak and extremely low value. Some will hate you for being such a coward.

If you can't get this started, you may need to see a psychiatrist. There might be something seriously wrong with you.
