You could also add something about how she has a personality that can’t adequately be described over text, or that it doesn’t phase you bc you know she has more to offer than just her body. These sound a bit cringy, but it builds comfort to keep plates from breaking, assuming they're mentally stable enough.

I'd respond directly to the shit test about other guys, since she thinks that'll move you. "Too bad you don't find them attractive."

I would say that honesty is the best policy in this case.
