Saw one of the top posts was stay clear of female therapists.

Wondering if you guys feel the same about female bosses. I've been working retail for the past year, had a couple of managers all female.

Noticed they tend to get "stressed" very easily (don't know how much stress managing a store could possibly be the way she acts you'd think she's running a wall street firm) and also make decision more on emotion and personal preferences than logical reasoning.

Also had experiences of her protecting female employees more for no particular reason.

I'm sure there's a limit of how much you can choose your superiors, but I'm only 19 and haven't started my professional career.

Wondering if it's better to learn skills to accommodate female bosses seeing how the world is going or is it better to seek male bosses in the long term.

Any discussion appreciated
