Ask yourself why its happening? The same thing had been happening to me with any girl that looked like it was getting more serious than a plate or was more serious than a plate. I had to take a serious look at myself and realize that every time it was because they could sense that I wasn't as committed as they were or wanted to be. So I had to be honest with myself that at this point in my life an LTR just isn't in the cards for me.

Take a step back and look at why its happening. Every time things get serious do you fall back into old beta habits? Get too comfortable? Do you actually even want to be with these girls?

Everyone here is just going to tell you its cuz you're too beta/low smv and they want to get pumped by chad which very well may be the case and often is, but the only way to know is to look at yourself.

As far as why they come back, its probably of some combo of simply wanting attention, something didn't work with another guy, or her rom-com influenced idea of love and reality. Either way good on you for not taking them back.
