Is there a wise way to intentionally seek out idiots looking to get a rise out of you, so you get used to maintaining neutral expressions, de-escalating at every point along the way, etc.? I just went through a do-or-die scenario at my now former employer, and barely escaped without a serious professional wound. So I'm not keen on using the workplace, and the "just lift and laugh" solution has only worked so well.

Anyone here have reduced impulse control and increased irritability after protein powder (any kind: whey concentrate, whey isolate, brown rice + pea protein powders). And pre-workout solutions were thrown away long ago. FODMAP diet is only explanation I've found so far.

Also, anyone here have any red-pill-centric knowledge of bipolar and borderline, and psychiatrists and psychologists who specialize in this? I've given myself a month to focus on primarily mental health. I have a form of hyper-escalation that is absolutely stupid and only makes sense from context of bipolar/borderline combo. Think I can deprogram it with time, but I have 6 months to get my act together within context of avoiding professional traps.
