I'm an lurker and primary post with another account. I was looking through the sidebar and couldn't find my answer. A Google search brought up some conflicting information so I'm asking here.

What's the TRP go to for the workplace? I recall taking social media and removing my co workers and all my bosses and deactivation for two weeks. Find out who really wants to know what you are up to. And then do whatever I want.

Also I had someone blow up in my face about sharing an intern. Saw the whole power thing first hand and I did the white knight thing in the office giving them the intern. No fights, and let them "win" so they thought. We don't exactly have an HR department so can't out requests or things there.

Overall I'm trying to protect my ass in everything. Every week it's starting to become something and being in a woman dominated office (CEO, and all my bosses, majority of my co-workers are women) something is thrown at me on a every two week basis. Frame is maintained and I don't do anything stupid or cross any lines.

Overall I'm Trying to figure out the proper way to be in the office. Is there a post? A write up? I'm sure I'm not the only one here who would benefit greatly
