Weird question but what do you do with your arms when standing still.

I’ve always questioned with his. Closed arms and hands in pockets to me has always been beta body language.

But arms to side naturally is always awkward to me. I always get a weird anxiety when I think about it too because it feel so uncomfortable to me.

One thing I do feel is comfortable is hand behind back with chest out standing at attention like in the military but then I look overly serious.

Any good info about body language here.
