My rule of thumb is I try twice and if get a flake or an evasion both times I walk. She's wasting too much time at that point and she probably doesn't have sufficient interest.

It's very easy for anyone to give out IOI's, they don't always mean what you want them to mean.

Escalate, don't care, be prepared to move on.

This kind of unconventional by RP standards but I say have fun with it. I actually like when a girl tries to act as if she's not interested, it's an IOI in itself.

However, sometimes too much games is too much. You need your own boundary of what too gamey is. Mine is pretty high but it's because I know that if a girl plays like that it's just flirting/foreplay. Be cocky and stoic and you'll be fine.
