I'm in the summer holidays now, my last one before I have to prepare for Uni (Going into my last year of standard schooling). I'm 17 as a preface.

I just don't really know what to do with myself a lot of the time. It would be so much better if I could drive, but I failed my test due to one stupid pressure-induced stall right at the start which caused me to fail despite me having no other mistakes for literally the remaining 40 minutes (Still think its bullshit now, but whats done is done). The booking system is fucked where I live so my retake is on September 12th, beginning of my second week back at school.

I've whipped out the bike and am using it to go to the gym 6 times a week on a PPL program which is going well. I wish I could go back to Boxing but its about a 40 minute ride away there and back so I don't feel like its worth the time, spending nearly an hour and a half of travel time multiple times a week.

I have outgrown video games now to a pretty major extent, as well as Anime, due to a combination of this Sub making me feel guilty for 'wasting my time' (Even if I'm doing nothing useful in the meantime) and generally through maturing. This leads to me wasting an inordinate amount of time mindlessly browsing reddit (I'm talking probably well over an hour and a hour literally browsing per day).

I'm trying to look for a summer job at the moment, but I'm going away in a week for a wedding so I'm reluctant to commit until after I'm back.

All in all, I'm generally at a loss for what to do. I go out fairly often with mates but weather's shit at the moment so I don't go out as much as I want (Things we normally do are weather dependent). I want to do something 'useful', but I can't seem to find anything.

I have tried the whole 'Read TRP theory' aspect before but, to be honest, it bores me shitless and since I don't consider myself to be much of a 'Nice Guy', a lot of the material is monotonous and not useful.

Any other ideas, no matter how small, for what to do with my extensive free time would be highly appreciated.

Thanks in advance for any help.
