I think this post is really more about me as a person vs the situation described below. Maybe I'm making excuses, idk.

For whatever reason I got myself into an LTR. Cool chick, mid to late 20s, good ass job, honestly doubt the n count was above a zero (the only negative as I feel like this is sex ed all over again), doesn't get on my nerves, has money buys me shit sometimes, etc.

Long story short, LTR started to call me by the name of her ex while we were sitting on the couch a few days ago. She stopped herself but I already heard half the name. Dude was her first love and it might have been an honest mistake (breakup not even a year ago). I'm not worried about him, he lives in a different time zone. But.. I took it as disrespect and asked her to leave. 20 minutes of crying/apologizing and me switching form a request to a GTFO, she finally left. Current soft next but may harden it. Although when I think about it, I tend to do that a lot with people, not just girls. I drop people quickly, and I'm wondering if it might be a little too extreme. Because, you know, the "good ones".

It begs the question. Is my behavior childish? Right in line? Overreacting? Butthurt? Wannabe Alpha? Beta? How would you react?
