I dont know studies but my understanding is high testosterone supresses emotional reactivity.

People that start taking TRT struggle with the change, not testosterone.

CEOs of big companies/entrepreneurs have high emotional intelligence because they have drive that comes from testosterone (not always the case).

Im not am advocate of no fap but i say just seek sex over wanking. AND LIFT HEAVY SHIT. Why do i say that? Ive not measured my levels but i know im double if not triple what i used to be through lifting.

Everything we do is sexual energy and channeling that makes men, men. I no longer react emotionally, have grown exponentially and its easy mode.

This obviously isnt a study but an anecdotal lesson im sure someone will back up. If that isnt scientific method i dont know what is.

Self administered trt 3 years. Late 30’s…Improved drive, assertiveness, focus and generally all round positive thoughts.
Emotional reactivity isn’t something I can relate to, although if adding any other compounds that can change depending on the situation.
Prison environments are different and highly charged. Lots of people self administer and lead normal and successful lives,

High test levels dont make people aggressive, it’s usually a trait they had in their personality and they’re unable to control it, test just magnifies it
