Yeah if you’re a ‘commuter’ depending on your school GL getting laid. To illustrate the point:

My freshman year I drew shitty in housing lottery, lived with a commute. N-count 1.

Sophmore year I got an on-campus house that was far-ish (20 min walk rather than 15 min drive) N-count 5.

Junior yr, lived in center of campus basically, n-count 15.

Obviously other variables behind the scene but yes it helps

It will make it harder for sure.

How likely is it that new friends will be coming to my place?

Do you have a pool? What's gonna bring them out there?

What about pulling girls from downtown clubs if you have to drive for 20 minutes to get back to your place?

That's a matter of your game. If you can't keep the chick interested for 20 minutes, you won't be able to pull her in the first place.

The problem with living way out is that you don't want to drive back into town.

Suburbs make men lazy.

Logistics is huge in college and dating, living on campus is a huge plus. That being said there's tons of losers living on campus and pissing time away playing games all day/not socializing. It's up to you to be social and create opportunity. If you meet girls who are into you downtown etc, trust me you'll find a way to make it work.

It will be a challenge but there's ways it could also benefit you. Throw some cool parties and give people a reason to come see you.

The important thing is you will have your own place so you should be good. I'm sure there are women you can game in that area as well and be low-key from what's happening at college.

and that way it could be a benefit because you have two Target rich areas.

That’s really interesting. I’ll be honest. I just assumed college was somewhere you lived everywhere. That kinda sucks.

I mean personally college is the whole reason I was able to personally develop myself. I had a beta rep in HS despite being good looking and pretty funny. Couldn’t really shake it. Got to college and could really practice because no one knew me.

You should tag OP in your post so he sees that. If he’s really outside US, what you said would be vastly more helpful

In any game books that touch on it, Logistics is always key and underrated part of game. The difference between being in center of action or 20 min away is definitely palpable. It will affect your social life, you will work harder. Guys who have done both speak to the difference thru the years.

This is just from a social stand point since that is what you asked, obviously you have to do cost analysis overall.

It will. Live as close to uni possible. You don't want the commute time to be longer than half an hour.
