I'm sure this guy is you. In my experience it's always been how you present yourself. Are you having fun in your photos? Demonstrating higher value? Dress well? Doing exciting things?

That's more important.

This is either very rare or something people don't notice. It's part of him, so it shouldn't be an issue for him, and it should not be a problem for him if others have an issue with it. That's just a quick way to get rid of people he shouldn't waste his time on. This is called polarizing - read more about it in "Models" by Mark Manson.

You're not a chick, it's fine if you have gray hair as long as it looks ok. If you just can't deal with it, shave your head. But trying to hide it but still having gray roots just shows you are insecure about it. It's like a balding dude with a combover or a shitty toupee.

Insecurity is much less attractive than gray hair.
