I fucking hate cooking. I really don't know why I hate it so much. Hell, my mother's a chef and for some reason, neither of her children could ever get into it.

I tried taking out a subscription in one of those services that even sends you the exact ingredients you need, you just need to make it. And still, I'm just like "I would literally rather go to bed without eating that actually make any of this."

I can't help but wonder if this is a struggle other men feel? Do you guys feel pressured to learn to cook, or do you just roll with frozen dinners and shit?

I mean, I think we've moved past the point of reasonably being able to expect women to know how to cook (and admittedly, I've heard quite a few women consider it a turn-on if a guy knows how to cook), but... I dunno. I still can't seem to bring myself to actually take the time to cook something, besides microwave meals and veggies.

This is one of the few things I can't but think, "they really had shit figured out back in the day". The idea of the man going out to work, and the woman taking care of the home and cooking... I dunno, it seems like such a mutually-beneficial partnership. Guess that ship has sailed, though.
