like i see regardless of the situation here go lift has always been the response here but from those same post in the op the dude would write that " i go to the gym daily" but yet they are doing some blue pilled fuck shit.

like yea going to the gym is going to help you get gains and what not and to manage your time a bit better and possibly raise your self esteem. but if your mindset isn't changing from blue to red, is it really going to make a difference?

im watching a friend go through this as we speak ( i only help if he ask for it cause i see him as hopeless till he changes. but the man looks jacked now and ladies love it but he still blue as fuck and drys up the pussy and attraction the gym has given him. its like ai can make over a pig to make it look better but at the the end of the day, its still a pig...

so my true questions here are,

  • why is lifting the go to answer for things here?
  • why is it that we seem keen on fixing the exterior "problem " here but not the interior problem? moreso when the interior problem is the bigger issue.
  • other than gains and appearances, what exactly is the gym/lifting supposed to do?
