You're a beta and you have 6 months to change that. What is your game plan?

no one wakes up and becomes alpha after x approaches or reading a certain amount of material.

It's a game of becoming better everyday. I gave up on becoming alpha years ago.. I just want to be the best tourdepook.

In reality all TRP is advocating is improving yourself. We're exposing women's true nature, and implementing knowledge and techniques that'll make us better men. Real men already do a lot of what's advocated here - "hold frame", amuse mastery, lift, etc.. But the way society emasculates and brainwashes boys - some of us need trp to help rewire us into he men we were meant to be.

So to answer your question- start from day one becoming not only a better man, but letting who you really are shine through the world. I'd break it down into three categories to improve:

Mind: Understand human nature

Body: Lift and eat healthy

Soul: Follow your dreams

If you do those 3 things (and it may take more than 6 months).. then you'll win not just with women but in life.

Learn a lot about lifting and healthy eating...then eat and lift healthy. Stay clean, work on school/career, read about psychology, society, etc, lift some more, learn some skills (instrument, language, craft, whatever).

Not only do I need to work out but I can't figure out how to be funny without to make fun of people I cannot crack that I get stuck in a routine where all my jokes are either making fun of me her or some random People on Instagram.. I am stuck there then things burn out I cannot figure out how to change that.. I also get burned out after 6 weeks of whatever I do I feel I hit a wall and then I just give up and nothing I do can get me thru that wall

Monk for 6 weeks, lift, run, no alcohol. Read the whole sidebar, read the roissy reader. You'll know what to do afterwards.

Why would you say that? We're men, Systematizing solutions is what we do best.

i'd say get real angry, get it out of your system by internalizing and use it to fuel your transformation. Really makes you focus on what is important and cut out what isn't

I would lift, get my diet optimal, start boxing, and do public speaking (toast masters). Then do some other social things and hobbies.
