I stumbled upon a book in the store at the beginning of this summer called Convict Conditioning by Paul "Coach" Wade. A lot of you guys surely heard of it. I have been doing calisthenics ever since and even cut off the weight training completely. Put in some cardio and a good diet and I am starting to look ripped, feel stronger, do [impressive shit with my body]. I highly recommend it but would want your honest opinions.
