Can touch her everywhere but would not let me makeout with her

recently had a similar situation. girl had mentioned early on that she absolutely never kisses on the 1st date (cool I don't either), date 2 back to my place when I go to kiss she literally blows my lips and hand away. so I froze her out for 20 min and she starts trying to make thing sexual, stands up and is showing off her butt and has me grab it. but at this point I was just so off put from her blowing at me that I just said "hey I gotta be up early, think you should go". she hit me up later to hang out again but it just didn't seem worth my time. it was obvious she has some sort of trauma related to kissing or something similar which gives her a strong negative emotional response from kissing. so yeah I think some (very rare though) girls just have a weird thing with kissing, up to you if you wanna work through that with her, I decided it definitely wasn't worth it for me, so yeah my recommendation is soft next and if she hits you up to come over you can give it one more chance, but if it happens again you gotta hard next her.

so it's either that or what the other poster said, she's a time waster trying to keep you in orbit.
